According to a survey conducted by Curtis Associates among students allocated accommodation by The University of Leeds, Downing’s CitySide has been ranked as the top-rated private accommodation provider.
The results follow a successful partnership formed between the developer and University back in 2012, which has seen CitySide consistently ranked amongst the top five private partner accommodation providers
The annual Student Accommodation Survey conducted by the University is now in its nineteenth year. It thoroughly evaluates every aspect of student life, including detailed elements and overall impressions of their stay.
CitySide, located in the centre of Leeds, received an ‘outstanding’ satisfaction rating of 89%. It was also highly rated for personal security, which is considered crucial by students when selecting a place to reside.
