Downing has partnered with Metronet (UK), the UK’s most advanced Internet Service Provider (ISP), giving tenants at its offices and Flexi-Office hubs in Liverpool access to superfast broadband services wherever they require.
The partnership means that Downing’s portfolio of landmark city centre properties, including No. 1 Old Hall Street, Graeme House on Derby Square and the Grade II Listed Port of Liverpool Building, now offers even greater value and productivity for ambitious businesses.

Having agreed with Downing optimum rates for tenant firms, Metronet (UK) is offering leased line services supporting data ranges from 1Mbps to 1Gbps.
Services are available with competitive rates, with contracts offered to match Downing’s leasing arrangements. Customers can also upgrade their bandwidth remotely almost immediately.
Downing, Liverpool’s largest commercial landlord, has already let in excess of 50,000 sq. ft of space across its Flexi-Office portfolio, with further Flexi-Office upgrade plans already under construction at Graeme House.
