Downing Brings New Flexi Office Suites to Market

Downing has released further phases of its Flexi Office space in its Graeme House and No.1 Old Hall Street office buildings in Liverpool.

Both buildings have been refurbished to create a range of Flexi-Offices ranging in size from 140 to 650 square feet. The high-quality, comfort-cooled offices offer the option of instant connectivity via Metronet’s Superfast Broadband and tenants are also able to get the layout they need by letting adjacent office suites, removing the need for expensive fit-out and dilapidations costs. Several units are already under offer and due to the popularity of the Flexi-Offices concept, further phases will be released later this year.

The space in Graeme House and No.1 Old Hall Street is part of Downing’s expanding Flexi-Office portfolio. At Graeme House, the building is rapidly becoming a hub of training, skills and recruitment specialists in the city. Current tenants include recruitment companies Reed and Blue Arrow and national training provider for apprenticeships, Aspire Achieve Advance Ltd.
