Five Flexi-Office suites on the ground floor of Downing’s newly-refurbished Graeme House have been successfully let.
The Law Academy Ltd has taken four of the suites on a five year lease with no breaks, while Britannia International Supplies Ltd has one suite on a two year lease.
Downing has recently delivered a complete overhaul and upgrade of Graeme House, which created 32,249 sq. ft. of new flexible office spaces in the landmark city building. Current tenants include recruitment companies Reed and Blue Arrow, and national training provider for apprenticeships Aspire Achieve Advance Ltd, Work Solutions, Ingeus and Remploy.
The recent lettings for the flexible office spaces mean the mezzanine floor of the building is now fully let.
“We’re delighted to welcome Britannia International Supplies Ltd, the Law Academy Ltd to Graeme House. The Flexi Office model is a good one and remains very popular with businesses of all sizes. This, coupled with a refurbishment which has delivered a high-quality finish, means Graeme House continues to be a popular option for businesses looking for great office space in the heart of the city.”
