Work is nearing completion on a brand new Grade A office space in the heart of Liverpool’s commercial district.

Downing’s landmark No.1 Old Hall Street development is undergoing a major refurbishment programme, the initial phase of which includes the provision of a new 5,100 sq. ft office suite in the building.
