Residents looking to make Manchester city centre their home will be able to get a sneak peek at the latest offering, as Downing Living unveil The Fernley, the next phase of its Square Gardens development.
Bringing a brand-new neighbourhood to the First Street district of the city, Square Gardens launched in September 2024 with its first phase, Acer Tower.
The £400 million development offers a mix of accommodation options and amenity spaces, with tenants’ rent including all utility bills to help create a hassle-free, all-inclusive experience.
Now, the second phase of Square Gardens – The Fernley – is officially on the market to residents, as Downing Living releases a selection of CGI images to give a preview of what to expect when it opens in June.
The 45-storey building features a total of 18 exceptionally designed, fully furnished one- and two-bedroomed penthouses, offering views across Manchester’s iconic skyline.
A mixture of one- and two-bedroomed apartments and premium studios complete the offering of living spaces at The Fernley, with each one featuring an open-plan kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to fill the space.
With community at its heart, Square Gardens will offer more than 1,700 homes across Acer Tower and The Fernley, designed to help bring people together, to connect and share experiences.
This design-led residence features furniture from global high-end brand Tom Dixon, plus on-site facilities that include a luxury gym, studio featuring reformer Pilates; social lounges; co-working spaces; and the largest private outdoor gardens and terraces in the city centre.
