Eden Square

Situated in Liverpool’s city centre on the site of the former Hatton Garden Fire Station, Eden Square comprises of two distinctive but different towers featuring a total of 123 high specification residential apartments.

The project commenced with the construction of the deepest underground car park in Liverpool City Centre, followed by the two residential blocks with a concrete frame structure. The Hatton Tower façade is a mix of glazing and terracotta rain screen and the Cheapside Tower is constructed using a glass curtain walling design.
