Downing has competed a high quality residential, student and retail development at Belgrade Plaza, Coventry. The development comprises of 597 student bedrooms and 12,000 sq. ft. of retail and commercial accommodation, set adjacent to Belgrade Theatre. The building rises in scale from 3 storeys adjacent the existing conservation area, up to 20 storeys on the east of the site.

As with all Downing’s projects, the scheme comprises quality design and architecture with the level of detail both in the buildings and the open spaces that is synonymous with Downing.
