Heber Street

Downing to build 411 student beds on Heber Street in Newcastle city centre. The purpose built student accommodation property is the final phase of development on the former Scottish and Newcastle Brewery site which we initially purchased in 2003 and was transformed into extensive leisure and retail space close to St James Park. This new development will join Verde and The View which are two other student accommodation properties we built and continue to manage.
