We are developing a mixed-use scheme, comprising student accommodation and a multi-purpose events venue. Work will involve the demolition of an existing office building and the construction of two multi-storey student accommodation buildings with a range of shared ensuite and studio apartments, featuring a total of 1,209 rooms and 7,685 sq ft of social amenity space.

The 107,000 sq ft multi-purpose events venue will incorporate a main exhibition area, dedicated conference space, auditorium and ancillary spaces including pre-function bar areas. It’s anticipated the events venue will attract more than 100,000 visitors per year and host live entertainment, awards ceremonies, conferences and exhibitions.
