Square Gardens

Square Gardens, is a 830,000 sq ft site in the First Street district of Manchester city centre. It is our first co-living scheme and spans three state-of-the-art buildings that will offer 2,224 new apartments to rent. The tallest building is 45-storeys and includes 20 of our most prestigious, luxury style apartments.

In addition to apartments to rent, Square Gardens will also provide residents with direct access to fantastic social amenities and services, including a gym and wellness centre, co-working spaces and extensive social areas including a cinema room and private dining area.
