A sustainable shared living scheme

At the heart of our mixed-use development is a 45-storey tower, accompanied by a collection of smaller buildings. The new neighbourhood we are creating, alongside award winning architects Simpson Haugh, is spread over four separate buildings which step in height from 10 to 45 storeys. It will include 2,224 beds, offering a variety of one-to-five-bedroom homes and studio apartments of various sizes. The design incorporates a new public square, along with restaurants, a gym, and leisure spaces, all centrally located.

Offering a wealth of shared high-quality amenity spaces, it provides an instant plug in and play solution for renters wanting flexible, affordable, convenient and community-driven living in the city centre. With a sprawling 9,900m2 of new landscape, including over 140 new trees, we have created Square Gardens with nature central to the design. Over 5,800m2 of these new landscaped gardens are accessible to the public, ensuring the wider First Street community can benefit from this new green haven.
